Elite Supply Services are looking for dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in the Lichfield area.
We’re looking for individuals who are patient, understanding and committed to helping every child reach their full potential — whether you have classroom experience or a background in care, support work or youth work.
Role Overview:
* Support pupils with a range of special educational needs including Autism, ADHD, and complex learning needs
* Provide one-to-one and small group support
* Assist with personal care where required
* Help create an inclusive, safe and supportive learning environment
* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support learning and wellbeing
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with additional needs (school or care setting)
* A caring and patient nature
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
