The PPT Driver is responsible for operating a Powered Pallet Truck to safely transport, load, and unload materials within a warehouse or distribution centre. The role ensures accurate movement of goods, adherence to safety standards, and timely support of warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities

Operate a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) to move pallets and materials safely and efficiently.

Load and unload goods from trucks, trailers, and storage areas.

Transport products to designated storage locations within the warehouse.
*
Perform daily pre-use equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
*
Accurately pick, stage, and scan inventory where required.
*
Follow all company health and safety procedures.
*
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.
*
Support general warehouse operations as needed.
Requirements
*
Valid PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) license – mandatory.
*
Proven experience operating a Powered Pallet Truck in a warehouse or distribution environment.
*
Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
*
Ability to lift and move heavy goods in line with company guidelines.
