Established civil engineering contractor seeking a Quantity Surveyor for major London infrastructure and enabling works schemes.
You will manage CVRs, applications, subcontract procurement, change control and NEC contract administration while supporting project delivery teams.
Requirements:
Degree qualified (QS or similar)
5+ years’ civils experience
Strong NEC knowledge
Confident managing valuations and variations
Strong long-term pipeline and clear progression opportunities within a well-structured commercial team
Salary description
£60000.00 - £75000.00 per year
