DAYS: Monday – Friday (40 hrs per week)

This established manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced Production Assembly Operative to join their expanding production team on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands on experience assembling products or equipment within a manufacturing environment.
The Production Assembly Operative) will be responsible for:
* Build products from start to finish following drawings and work instructions.
* Manually assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components and finished machines at a bench or defined assembly station.
* Carry out sub-assembly work and light fabrications using hand and power tools.
* Ensure quality and consistency standards are met for all assemblies.
* Pick parts and materials required for assembly.
* Pack and label finished products for despatch.
We are looking for someone who has experience in:
* Proven experience in a product assembly role within a manufacturing environment.
* Experience assembling mechanical or electro-mechanical products.
* Confident using a variety of hand and power tools for assembly.
* Previous Experience working at a bench or assembly station.
* Confident in working from a variety of manufacturing drawings.
