We are currently looking for an experienced FM Painter to join our growing Facilities Management team.
Location:Bristol & Gloucester areas
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Pay: £17.50 per hour
Benefits: Brand new company VW Transporter van provided
Role Overview:
You will be carrying out planned and reactive painting and decorating works across a range of commercial and residential FM sites. The role involves working independently to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Internal and external painting and decorating
*
Surface preparation including filling, sanding, and priming
*
Minor making-good works
*
Working in occupied properties and live environments
*
Completing jobs safely and to a high-quality finish
*
Looking after company vehicle, tools, and materials
Requirements
*
Proven painting and decorating experience (FM or maintenance preferred)
*
Full UK driving licence (required for company van)
*
Ability to work independently and manage workload
*
Good customer service and communication skills
*
Reliable and professional
