Site Supervisor – Groundworks & Civils

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major infrastructure project at Dudley Interchange. This is a long-term opportunity on a high-profile civils scheme.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for supervising groundworks gangs delivering drainage, paving and associated infrastructure works, ensuring productivity, quality and strict health & safety compliance at all times.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise groundworks, drainage and paving operations on site
*
Lead and coordinate groundworkers, labourers and subcontractors
*
Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
*
Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks
*
Enforce H&S standards and ensure compliance with site procedures
*
Monitor productivity and report progress to senior site management
*
Identify and resolve site issues proactively
*
Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets required specifications
Requirements
*
SSSTS/SMSTS (essential)
*
CSCS Gold or Black Card (essential)
*
First Aid Certification (essential)
*
Proven experience supervising groundworks and civils packages
*
Strong knowledge of drainage and paving operations
*
Ability to manage gangs and work in a fast-paced environment
*
EUSR or other civils-related tickets (advantageous)
*
Available to start immediately
