An established national consultancy is expanding its high-performing Bristol Building Surveying team and is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) ready to step into a senior role with a defined route toward Associate / Associate Director.
This opportunity would suit a recently Chartered Surveyor or an established Senior Surveyor looking for greater responsibility, client ownership, and progression within a structured, commercially focused environment.
You will take a lead role across a diverse, high-quality client portfolio, delivering projects from inception to completion while building strong client relationships and contributing to team growth.
The Role
Lead project and professional instructions across a varied commercial portfolio
Deliver contract administration and project management services
Manage key client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Support junior team members and contribute to team development
Play an active role in fee growth and business development
About You
MRICS qualified
Strong contract administration and project delivery experience
Confident managing stakeholders and client relationships
Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
Ambitious and motivated to progress to Associate level
