We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Operative to join our busy Dispatch Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders accurately and prepare them for dispatch
* Pick and pack orders securely in line with company standards
* Prepare, create and verify shipping documentation
* Book shipments using courier systems (e.g. DHL and FedEx)
* Ensure all orders are dispatched on time with the correct paperwork
* Liaise with internal departments to meet dispatch deadlines
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
Skills & Experience Required:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Previous experience in dispatch, logistics or warehouse operations (preferred)
* Experience booking courier shipments (e.g. DHL / FedEx)
* Ability to work efficiently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills
* Basic IT proficiency
