We’re recrtuiting for a specialist supplier of high-quality glass products to the building and construction sector who are looking for a sharp, detail-driven Order Processor to join their team in Colchester.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where accuracy, product knowledge and great communication make all the difference.
What You’ll Be Doing

Processing customer orders for glass products quickly and accurately

Interpreting technical specifications, drawings and glazing requirements
*
Liaising with customers, fabricators and installers to clarify details
*
Coordinating with production and logistics to ensure on-time delivery
*
Preparing quotations and confirming order details
*
Checking pricing, measurements and compliance requirements
*
Managing amendments, queries and aftersales support
*
Maintaining accurate records within our order processing system
What We’re Looking For

Experience in the window, door or glazing industry (essential)
*
Strong understanding of glass types, units and industry terminology
*
Excellent attention to detail — measurements matter
*
Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
*
Comfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven environment
*
Good IT skills and experience with order processing systems
