Lettings Negotiator
Overview
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be the key link between landlords and tenants, responsible for generating new business, marketing properties, arranging viewings, and managing the lettings process through to move-in.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote our client professionally at all times
* Handle enquiries from landlords and tenants
* Canvass for new business and negotiate terms within company margins
* Arrange and attend valuations and viewings
* Market properties effectively (photos, descriptions, floor plans)
* Ensure all deals comply with company procedures and legal requirements
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Lettings Negotiator
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Commercially aware and target-driven
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence and own car
* Flexible to work evenings when required
* Eligible to work in the UK
