How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Chase Taylor are working with a leading innovator in uPVC windows, renowned for blending classic sash window design with modern technology. With decades of experience and a commitment to craftsmanship, this company is at the forefront of redefining tradition in the windows industry.

    About the Role:
    We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Internal Sales Executive (B2B) to join this forward-thinking windows and doors company. This full-time, on-site role involves managing client accounts, providing sales support, and helping drive business growth across the UK. Most of the sales will be internal, but there will be opportunities for occasional client visits and face-to-face meetings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Manage incoming and existing client accounts via phone, email, and CRM systems

    * Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, and follow-ups

    * Build and maintain strong customer relationships

    * Provide excellent customer service and advice on products

    * Liaise with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently

    * Achieve or exceed internal sales targets

    Requirements:

    * Proven experience in internal or B2B sales, account management, or customer service

    * Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent negotiation abilities

    * Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools

    * Ability to work independently and collaboratively

    * Experience in windows, doors, or the manufacturing industry is advantageous

    * Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset
