FLT Driver / Materials Handler

Our client based in Bradford, West Yorkshire is looking for an FLT Driver / Stores Person for immediate start. This is a temporary ongoing position but could lead to permanent for the right candidate.

The Role

* The day to day picking of parts, shelving deliveries and replenishing stock

* Maintaining stock accuracy on floor stock and stores items

* Work in unison with team for housekeeping and have individual responsibility for certain storage areas

Desired Skills/Experience

The successful candidate should have the following skills:

* Have good communication skills

* Be a team player

* Proven track record of working with quality initiatives

* Be capable of working unsupervised & able to use initiative

* Knowledge of SAP systems would be an advantage

* Computer and numeracy literacy would be an advantage

* Forklift truck licence is essential – from external provider. In house licences are not accepted

Training will be provided for the right applicant to develop the skills & knowledge required for the position.

Hours: Day Shift Monday - Friday = 39 hours per week
