Architectural Technician Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
A Degree/HNC/ONC or equivalent qualification in architecture
Proven experience in technical design for large-scale residential projects on behalf of House Developers
Proficiency in AutoCAD to a high standard is essential
Familiarity with Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign is a plus
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The incoming Architectural Technician will be offered a highly competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000, commensurate with experience.
