The Role:

Carry out full vehicle examinations to MOT standards
*
Work closely with the service team, keeping them updated on vehicle progress
*
Clearly brief colleagues on completed work
*
Discuss technical issues with customers when required
*
Deliver a professional, courteous, and efficient service
*
Maintain and develop strong technical knowledge
*
Embrace new ways of working to improve efficiency
*
Support fellow technicians during busy periods and take ownership of workshop safety
What We’re Looking For:

Valid MOT licence
*
Strong communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly
*
Passion for the automotive industry and ongoing development
*
Customer-focused with safety and experience always front of mind
*
