Warehouse Operative - Post Bench

Industrious Recruitment are currently recruiting a reliable Warehouse Operative to work on the post bench within a busy distribution warehouse in the Leighton Buzzard area. This is a hands-on role focused on preparing orders for dispatch, with the opportunity to move to a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing orders accurately

*

Manual Handling (some products can be heavy)

*

Preparing orders for dispatch, including labelling and sealing

*

Ensuring correct documentation is included with outgoing orders

Skills & Experience Required

*

Previous picking and packing experience preferred (training provided)

*

Good attention to detail and accuracy

*

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

*

Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*

Conducting basic quality checks before dispatch

*

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

*

Following health and safety procedures at all times
