    Job description

    Onpoint Care is a trusted and well‑established temporary staffing agency, providing high‑quality support to care homes, supported living services, children’s residential homes, and community‑based services across East Sussex. We are now recruiting experienced, compassionate, and adaptable Support Workers to join our flexible team and deliver person‑centred care to both adults and children in a variety of settings.

    Skills & Attributes
    * Excellent communication skills and respect for confidentiality
    * Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to person‑centred support
    * Reliability, strong time management, and the ability to adapt to different environments
    * Confidence supporting individuals with complex needs or behaviours that may challenge
    * Ability to set clear boundaries while maintaining a calm, professional approach
    * A caring, supportive attitude when working with both adults and children
    Qualifications & Requirements
    * Minimum 3 months UK experience in adult or children’s support work, care, or residential services
    * Willingness to complete induction and mandatory training
    * Dedication to ongoing professional and personal development
    * Enhanced DBS clearance and satisfactory references
    * Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
