We are recruiting for a Quality Engineer to work for our client who are located in Holmfirth/Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
THE DUTIES
* Inspection of high precision components
* In-process and Final Component Inspection
* Experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* A can-do approach, with the ability to work on their own initiative.
* CMM programming skills highly advantageous but not essential, training will be provided. (Mitutoyo MCosmos)
* Calibration system management.
* First Article Inspection Reporting.
* Document results and findings into QC system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
* Minimum 2 years' experience working within a high precision manufacturing background
* Excellent communication skills
THE HOURS
You will work a day shift - Monday-Thursday 7.30am-4pm / Friday 7.30am-1.30pm
THE PAY
You will earn an annual salary of between £35k-£40k depending on experience
Overtime @ time and half if required
Benefits: -
