Completions Assistant

Sue Ross Legal are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Post Completions Assistant to join our clients Admin/Post Completion Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in conveyancing and progress within a supportive legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide quotes to clients

* Open new files and manage initial case setup

* Process client care paperwork and carry out electronic identity checks

* Issue contract packs via the case management system

* Prepare and submit registrations

* Handle Land Registry requisitions

* Send TID’s to lenders

* Close files efficiently and accurately

* Assist with exchanges and completions during busy periods (depending on experience)

What We’re Looking For

* Strong organisational and administrative skills

* Accuracy and attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

* Previous experience in conveyancing or legal administration is desirable but not essential (training provided)

Career Development

This role is designed as a stepping stone within the department. We are looking for a candidate who will remain in this position for approximately 18 months to 2 years, after which progression opportunities may be available, subject to departmental needs and performance.
