Chef De Partie

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent kitchen skills, and experience in fine dining or catering environments. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant setting, contributing to menu creation, food presentation, and overall kitchen operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities, teamwork, and a commitment to food safety standards.
As the Chef de Partie, you will be:
* Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
* Assist with menu planning and food presentation to enhance customer experience
* Manage food production and ensure timely delivery of dishes during service hours
* Oversee inventory control, including stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with safety regulations
* Supervise junior kitchen staff and assist with shift management and training
* Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and proper handling of ingredients
* Collaborate with catering and banquet teams for special events or large parties
* Monitor food quality during preparation and service, making adjustments as necessary
* Support kitchen management in inventory management and cost control initiatives
As the Chef De Partie, you will have:
* Proven experience in food preparation within restaurant, catering, or banquet settings
* Strong culinary skills with knowledge of diverse cooking techniques
* Leadership experience in supervising or managing kitchen staff
* Familiarity with inventory management, food safety standards, and kitchen operations
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Experience in fine dining or hospitality environments is highly desirable
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
* Knowledge of menu planning, food industry trends, and catering services is advantageous
* Strong communication skills and team management abilities
* Previous experience in restaurant management or food service management is a plus
