Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 (flexible)
We are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Technician to join a well‑established and highly reputable manufacturing business based in Edenbridge. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive QA team within a growing company offering long‑term career progression.

The role:
Reporting into the Quality function, you will be responsible for ensuring products meet internal and external quality standards. The role involves inspections, documentation control and continuous improvement activities, working closely with production and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities:
* In-process, final product and goods-in inspections
* Visual quality inspections using colour standards and samples
* Completion and maintenance of quality documentation and inspection records
* Identifying and reporting non‑conformances
* Supporting root cause analysis, CAPA and corrective actions
* Liaising with production and engineering to promote quality awareness
* Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, packaging and industry standards
* Supporting internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & experience required:
* Previous experience in a Quality Assurance / Quality Control role
* Experience within manufacturing / production environments
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
* Strong attention to detail
* Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word
* Good communication and organisational skills
