Job Description
• Overseeing all financial aspects of the assigned construction project
• Monitoring and managing project costs and budgets
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation measures
• Negotiating and liaising with suppliers and contractors
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with relevant construction regulations
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion
• Contributing to the development and implementation of organisational strategies within the property industry
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior QS should have:
• Proficiency in relevant QS software
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• An in-depth understanding of construction, specifically roofing
• Proven experience managing budgets within the property industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and lead when necessary
