Local Authorities' requests have recently come out seeking specialist Project/Programme Managers in form of contractual basis to oversee Highway (Complex) Infrastructure Schemes through Planning, detailed Design and Construction.
Expertise in delivering under NEC4 ECC Options, A, B or C is greatly appreciated. As well as having expertise in managing Tier 1 Contractors.
