They have secured a new framework which is predicted to bring in an additional £15m to £20m worth of work and are therefore looking to bolster their commercial team. They are looking for someone with three years plus experience who would be able to commercially deliver their own sites with the support of a Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor.
Schemes range anywhere from £1m to £14m and all are under the NEC form of contract. They offer both hybrid and flexible patterns and have an extremely generous benefits package as they recognise the importance of treating their staff well and ensuring everyone feels like part of the team.
This role could suit you if you are looking to step into a Project Quantity Surveyors role managing your own projects, as well as if you are looking to step into a Senior Quantity Surveyors role with more responsibility. Both the pipeline of work as well as the current commercial structure could support either role.
