Preferred Requirements:
* Expertise in DT, Construction, and hands-on learning techniques to engage and inspire students.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) to ensure the delivery of high-quality instruction.
* Experience working with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, demonstrating empathy and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications:
