How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Role:
    We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic IB-trained teachers to teach the following subjects:
    • Mathematics
    • Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
    • English, MFL
    • Geography, History
    As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in nurturing students’ intellectual curiosity and helping them develop the skills needed for success in their academic journey and beyond. You will work with students at the [Insert Grade Levels] and be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking faculty.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the IB curriculum and educational philosophy.
    • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments that foster critical thinking, creativity, and a passion for learning.
    • Provide regular feedback and individualized support to students to ensure their academic success.
    • Engage with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall teaching environment.
    • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere where all students can thrive.
    • Participate in the school’s extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.
    Requirements:
    • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant subject area.
    • IB teaching certification or a recognized teaching qualification.
    • Proven experience in teaching at the IB level (preferably in the relevant subject areas).
    • A passion for teaching and a commitment to the development of students.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
    Desirable:
    • Experience teaching in an international setting.
    • A strong understanding of the IB’s approach to assessment and curriculum.
    • Experience in integrating technology into the classroom to enhance student learning.
