You will have previous experience working in a busy Transport / Fleet Department with experience of dealing with driver queries as well as managing/overseeing workers.
This role would start through the agency initially then you can apply for the Perm job while working in the role through the agency.
Role:
* Liaising with company drivers and external drivers for business clients.
* Supporting and overseeing the rest of the Transport office team.
* Arrange shifts and planned worked on site
* Deal with recruitment needs on site.
* Ensure the efficient running of site making sure all health and safety procedures are followed.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience overseeing members of staff / planning workloads
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work autonomously.
The Hours
Monday to Friday on a day shift, circa 40 hours per week. This will require working some weekends on occasions.
Rate of Pay
You will earn an hourly rate of £16 an hour.
