Preferred Requirements:
* Exceptional knowledge and understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Mathematics, with the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
* Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing innovative teaching strategies to cater to students with diverse learning needs.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with young people, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mathematics education.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification recognized in the UK.
* Degree in Mathematics or a related field, with a strong academic background.
* Previous experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary school level, preferably in a similar educational setting.
