Supply Chain Coordinator - Fresh Produce

We currently offer a fantastic opportunity to join a successful Fresh Produce supplier, who are at the forefront of their product categories within the industry, supplying UK Retailers with the best produce from Worldwide Growers.
Due to continued success, we are delighted to offer the opportunity of Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team in a newly created position and become an integral member of the Supply Chain team.
Working as part of a dedicated team to ensure the smooth supply of Fresh Produce across 7 days a week, the position of Supply Chain Coordinator will report to and assist the Supply Chain Manager to organise the Supply Chain team, and work closely with Procurement Managers and Commercial colleagues becoming fundamental in the success of the product supply to key retail customers. The position offers a fast paced environment and a great platform to become instrumental within the business, offering development and a path to procurement opportunities going forward.
This opportunity offers a varied portfolio of responsibilities to include;
Liaising with 3rd party packers, direct suppliers, customers
Order management; amendments, additions, confirmations
ERP system management; new customers, new products, purchase orders, stock & volumes
We require;
Previous experience within a similar fresh produce key support role, with exposure to Prophet System is essential
Supply Chain experience within Fresh Produce would be highly advantageous
Attention to detail, with excellent IT and numeracy skills; Microsoft, Prophet
Confident ability to work with all colleagues at all levels positively
Location: Kent
Salary; Dependent on experience offered; £30k + bonus
Working as part of a team, covering; Sunday - Thursday, office hours
