Our client, a leading landscaping company, is seeking Hard Landscapers of all experience levels to join their growing teams on premium residential and commercial projects across London and the Home Counties.

Key Responsibilities
* Work as part of a Hard Landscaping team on all aspects of garden build projects
* Installation of paving, decking, fencing, brickwork, and other hard landscaping features
* Operate hand tools, light plant, and machinery safely, including Kango breakers
* Handle, transport, and dispose of waste materials responsibly
* Document work progress through photographs and paperwork at each stage
* Adhere to all health, safety, and company guidance on site
* Assist with supervising, training, and motivating landscape assistants and apprentices
* Carry out any additional duties required by the Operations Manager
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in one or more areas of hard landscaping (paving, decking, fencing, brickwork, irrigation, turfing, general carpentry)
* UK driving licence preferred
* Right to live and work in the UK
* Good spoken English and effective communication skills with clients, designers, and colleagues
* Knowledge of materials and methods used within hard landscaping
* CSCS/CPCS card, abrasive wheels, manual handling, and digger license (up to 10t) desirable but not essential
