Role: Toolmaker
Type: Full Time, permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week, double day shift

I am seeking a talented Toolmaker to join a leading manufacturing company. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role, supporting production.
Toolmaker – Key responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, and 5S within the work area.
- Manufacture new tooling from engineering drawings in line with production plans.
- Carry out preventative maintenance on mould tools and prepare them for production.
- Investigate tooling issues, identify root causes, and report to design and management.
- Maintain tooling, spares and equipment to required tolerances, logging repairs and communicating with setters when required.
Toolmaker - Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record as a toolmaker
- Experienced with injection moulding
- Ability to confidently use Millers and Lathes (Manual)
- Bench Fitting
- Ability to find fault on tools, ensuring tools are manufactured to the highest standard
