They work on complex business and financial problems, partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
Early-stage, with the chance to shape hiring processes from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.
Role
Own coordination of end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring processes across multiple roles
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Screen CVs against role requirements and manage candidate pipelines
- Support testing processes and ensure smooth execution
- Track feedback, hiring progress, and reporting via ATS systems
- Ensure a high-quality onboarding experience for new joiners
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Able to work closely with stakeholders and influence where needed
- 2:1 or above in a degree from a Russell Group university
Requirements
- Based in Newcastle, 5 days in office
