Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner (NQ - 3yr PQE)
Location: Croydon
Salary: £45k - £55k
Position: Full-Time, Office-Based
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to take on a varied caseload of residential property matters.
You will be responsible for handling approximately 25–35 new instructions per month, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- General residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion
You will have responsibility for managing your own caseload, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has ideally 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Is confident handling a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
- Is a strong communicator with excellent client care skills
- Is organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Enjoys working within a busy office-based environment
- Is keen to be involved in business development and networking
