What you’ll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with appropriate supervision
- Handling transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more where required
- Supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters when required
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team
- Contributing to business development and networking activities as your experience grows
About you:
- At least 1 year conveyancing experience
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop your expertise
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
