Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of multiple projects from initiation through to completion
- Act as a key point of contact between internal departments, suppliers, and clients
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and trackers
- Monitor project progress and flag any risks or delays
- Assist with procurement, logistics, and planning activities
- Prepare reports and attend project meetings, capturing actions and updates
- Ensure adherence to company processes and health & safety standards
Candidate Profile
- Open to recent graduates (construction, engineering, business, or related disciplines preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
