How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    About Us

FansHub is a fast-growing digital agency with teams in the UK and US. We work at the intersection of talent management and digital marketing, helping creators, influencers, and brands grow and stand out on social media. From building strategies and campaigns to delivering measurable results, we give our clients the creative and operational support they need to scale. Our focus is on delivering impact - the right content, on the right platform, to the right audience. As one of the leading social-first agencies worldwide, we’re building the future of how creators and brands succeed online, both in the adult industry, and with mainstream influencers.

We operate with high standards, fast feedback loops and clear accountability. We are not corporate. We are not chaotic. We are structured, agile and performance-driven.

    The Role

This is a hands-on operations role at the centre of our Paywall & Sales division.

You will be responsible for executing and driving performance across our creators’ subscription platforms, ensuring that operational systems, team output, and monetisation strategies are working effectively.

This role suits someone who is organised, commercially aware, detail-focused, and confident managing people and processes.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Owning and driving operational execution across assigned creators
    • Managing day-to-day operations within the Paywall & Sales function
    • Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve revenue performance
    • Maintaining and enforcing operational standards and processes
    • Compiling, analysing, and interpreting performance data
    • Managing and coordinating a remote Philippines-based operations team

    Core Responsibilities

    Creator Operations & Revenue Execution

You will be responsible for driving measurable performance improvements across your assigned creators.

    This includes:

    • Leading operational onboarding for new creators
    • Defining creator positioning and pricing strategy
    • Managing subscription pricing, renewal pricing and optimisation
    • Shaping script structure, pricing flow and monetisation mechanics (content writing is handled separately)
    • Overseeing content strategy and paywall brand positioning
    • Reviewing monthly performance (sales, RPV, churn, conversion etc.)
    • Identifying performance issues and proposing solutions
    • Taking accountability for creator churn and revenue growth

You will speak with creators regularly (daily/weekly), leading communication across all non-sales related matters.

    Team Management (Execution-Focused)

You will directly manage our Philippines-based:

    • Content schedulers
    • Content uploader
    • Editor
    • SQA team members

    Your responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily execution and output quality
    • Enforce systems and processes
    • Ensure instructions from creators and management are tracked and actioned
    • Coordinate with the Paywall & Sales Team Lead
    • Maintain operational standards
    • Lead hiring for the Distro & Editing team
    • Suggest terminations where necessary
    • Improve recruitment processes
    • Ensure performance standards are maintained

    Data & Reporting

You are responsible for compiling and interpreting performance data.

    • Track and monitor key creator and team metrics
    • Identify trends, problems, opportunities
    • Prepare structured weekly performance summaries
    • Flag issues early with proposed solutions
    • Ensure senior management always has up-to-date operational visibility

    Systems & Operational Discipline

    • Operate and enforce internal tracking systems
    • Ensure team members are inputting correct data
    • Improve small process inefficiencies
    • Propose larger system changes for approval
    • Maintain consistency across creators

You will have limited budget authority, with oversight from the Head of Paywall & Sales.

    Who We're Looking For

    Ideal profile:

    • Naturally organised and disciplined
    • Commercially aware and performance-oriented
    • Confident
    • Comfortable managing remote teams
    • Strong communicator (especially under pressure)
    • Solutions-focused
    • Comfortable with direct feedback

  • Background wise, you might have:

    • Experience in hospitality or high-pressure environments earlier in your career
    • One solid “proper” professional role
    • Experience managing people or coordinating teams
    • Experience in digital operations, e-commerce, marketing or subscription models (not essential but beneficial)

Hard skills can be taught. Work ethic, ownership and composure cannot.
