How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-known organisation, on the recruitment of a Rewards Advisor.


    We’re looking for a Rewards Advisor to join our clients People & Culture team. This is a key role that supports how they recognise, reward and care for their colleagues across the organisation.


    Interim role supporting them for 3 months, fully remote.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the annual pay review process and other reward initiatives.
    • Provide analytical support and mentoring to colleagues on pay and reward matters.
    • Develop and maintain diversity pay gap analysis to ensure equitable practices.
    • Manage data specifications and reporting for benefits, insurance, and third-party providers.
    • Prepare and submit salary survey data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Conduct compliance checks for National Minimum Wage, National Living Wage, and Real Living Wage in line with organisational policies.
    • Support benchmarking exercises to ensure market-competitive reward practices.
    • Maintain job families, pay ranges, and job evaluation frameworks.
    • Analyse employee data to identify and address pay equity issues.


    Person Specification:

    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience in reward, compensation, or HR analytics preferred.
    • Knowledge of pay benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay equity principles.
    • Ability to work with complex datasets and present findings clearly.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
