Where Employee Relations meets Customer Success
This role sits right at the heart of CleverGoose — where brilliant customer experience meets great people practice.
On the HR/Employee Relations side, you’ll be a trusted advisor. You’ll bring hands-on experience of managing HR cases — known for your calm, pragmatic and commercial approach. Experience in sectors like retail, hospitality or facilities management is a bonus, but not essential. Primarily you must be an experienced HR/ER professional to be suitable for this role, with a minimum of three years in an advisory role..
On the Customer Success side, you’ll onboard customers to CleverGoose and get them confidently up and running. Our platform is designed to be self-managed, so your mission is simple: help clients get set up, feel capable, and then set them free. You’ll be on hand when questions pop up, responding quickly, solving problems, and coaching customers. You’ll also work closely with our tech team, sharing feedback to keep CleverGoose as simple, intuitive and useful as possible. Regular check-ins with customers will help you spot opportunities to make the platform even more “sticky” and valuable for them.
When clients use our support services, you’ll guide them through their people challenges — always CleverGoose first. That means showing them how to use the platform to follow the right process, sense-checking their thinking, and stepping in with expert support when things get complex or tricky. In short: you help customers succeed with CleverGoose — and help managers succeed with their people.
