The Role
Working closely with the firm’s Risk & Compliance function, you will provide key support in ensuring the firm meets its regulatory and compliance obligations. This role offers exposure to a broad range of compliance activities and would suit someone looking to build or further their experience in this area.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Client) processes
- Assisting with file reviews and compliance audits
- Maintaining accurate compliance records and databases
- Supporting risk assessments and internal reporting processes
- Monitoring regulatory updates and assisting with implementation
- Acting as a point of contact for internal compliance queries
- Providing administrative support to the Risk & Compliance team
About You
- Previous experience in a compliance, legal, or administrative role is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to legal compliance, AML regulations, or SRA requirements
- Experience within a law firm or professional services environment
