Debrief Clerk – Part-Time (Afternoons)

£14.29 per hour (this rate includes holiday pay)
Monday to Friday | 13:30 – 18:30
We are currently recruiting for a Debrief Clerk to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation based in Motherwell.
This is a great opportunity for someone organised, reliable, and comfortable working with paperwork and driver interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing driver manifests
- Handling and checking delivery paperwork
- Scanning PODs (Proof of Deliveries)
- Supporting drivers during the debrief process
- General administrative duties
Requirements:
- Previous admin or warehouse office experience preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
