Are you an experienced residential childcare professional ready to step into a leadership role that truly matters?
We’re looking for a passionate Children’s Home Team Leader to join our Ofsted-regulated service in Herne Bay — helping to create a safe, supportive, and empowering home for young people.
🚀 About the Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home, working alongside management to deliver exceptional standards of care.
You’ll help young people build confidence, independence, and life skills — preparing them for a brighter future.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Lead & Inspire – Support and guide staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care
🔹 Create Stability – Provide a warm, safe, and nurturing home environment
🔹 Ensure Compliance – Uphold safeguarding and Ofsted standards
🔹 Support Development – Contribute to care plans, reports, and outcomes for young people
🧠 What We’re Looking For
✔ Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (essential)
✔ Experience within an Ofsted-regulated children’s home
✔ Passion for delivering person-centred care
✔ Resilience, empathy, and strong leadership skills
✔ DBS (or willingness to obtain)
