The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end mortgage process from initial decision in principle up to mortgage completion. They will gather and process all documentation and ensure compliance with our policy and standards.
Responsibilities
- Review each file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete before underwriting
- Submit decision requests and applications to lenders
- Manage the application process through our mortgage software system
- Ensure that service standards, communication standards and deadlines are met
What You Need:
- An understanding of mortgages
- Previous administration experience
- Strong computer and technical skills
