Strategic Speech and Language Therapy Lead
Essex (Ideal Location Harlow, Hertfordshire, North East London, Essex areas)
£55,000 annual salary (paying right through the term and only working 40 weeks of the year)
I am working exclusively with an academy of ASC Schools that have a site in few sites in Essex and the East of England.
The schools are primary school ages, smaller in size with a mixture of mainstream and SEND schools owned by an Academy Trust.
This role is perfect for a clinician who wants career progression as you would be part of an MDT team comprising of a SaLT, OT and an EP dedicated to improving the clinical offering for these schools and their respective caseloads. This role is not case facing it's staff facing as you will be standardising and delivering training across the trust and also conducting audits.
The right candidate has the opportunity to work hybrid as some weeks you will be required to travel to respective sites and then you may go two weeks where you're working fully remotely.
