Our client is a leading interior design and bespoke furniture manufacturing business specialising in the hospitality sector. The company delivers high-end interior environments for hotels, serviced apartments, restaurants, pubs and branded food & beverage venues, combining design excellence with high-quality manufacturing and installation.

    The Role

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Head of Projects to lead the successful delivery of hospitality projects from concept through to final installation and handover.

This senior leadership position will oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring delivery to programme, within budget and in line with brand standards. The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships while maintaining the highest standards of project delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Project Management team across all hospitality projects.
    • Oversee the full lifecycle of hotel, pub and F&B fit-out projects from design coordination through manufacturing, logistics, installation and final handover.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to the required quality and brand standards.
    • Implement effective project governance, reporting frameworks and programme controls.
    • Manage complex stakeholder environments including hotel operators, brand representatives, designers, asset managers and contractors.
    • Ensure strict adherence to hospitality brand standards, design specifications and approval processes.

    Commercial & Risk Management

    • Oversee project budgeting, cost planning, forecasting and margin management.
    • Lead change management processes, including variations and value engineering initiatives.
    • Identify and mitigate risks relating to procurement, logistics, programme delivery and site coordination.
    • Support pre-construction activities including tenders, scope development and fee proposals.

    Commercial & Operational Leadership

    • Take overall accountability for the financial performance of projects, including revenue forecasting, gross margin delivery and cash flow management.
    • Work closely with Design, Technical, Procurement and Workshop teams to ensure manufacturing output aligns with project programmes.
    • Oversee procurement strategies, long-lead items, supplier coordination, quality inspections and installation sequencing.

    The Candidate

The successful candidate will have significant experience delivering hospitality fit-out or bespoke FF&E projects within a manufacturing or specialist interiors environment.

You will bring strong leadership capability and a proven ability to manage complex projects while driving operational efficiency and commercial performance.

    Key experience includes:

    • Demonstrated experience delivering hotel or F&B projects from concept through to installation.
    • Strong understanding of hospitality brand standards and approval processes.
