How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    CASS Officer – Wealth Management

    (UK, Blackpool)


    An established wealth management firm is looking for a CASS Officer to join its dedicated CASS team in Blackpool. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a highly regulated environment, focusing on the protection of client assets and client money.

    The role

    You will help ensure the firm complies with UK CASS regulations and internal procedures, while providing administration and monitoring support within the CASS function. Key responsibilities include:

    • Ensuring internal departmental controls are secure, accurately maintained, reconciled and correctly reported.
    • Carrying out daily internal client money calculations in line with UK regulations.
    • Performing monthly internal CASS monitoring and producing related management information and reports.
    • Investigating CASS incidents, completing detailed investigation work and drafting clear reports.
    • Assisting with the preparation of information for internal and external auditors.
    • Supporting CASS‑related projects and ad‑hoc change initiatives.
    • Investigating funding requests and arranging funding placements as required.
    • Maintaining key documentation, including the CASS Resolution Pack and CASS Risk Matrix.
    • Being proactive in developing your knowledge of CASS, the wider industry and relevant skills.

    Skills and experience

    • Strong internal monitoring and administrative skills.
    • Good organisational skills and numerical ability, with excellent attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook and comfortable working with internal systems.
    • Experience of working in a regulated financial services environment is preferred.
    • Good communication skills and a co‑operative team player with a strong customer focus.

    You will be expected to work in line with FCA Conduct Rules, acting with integrity, due skill, care and diligence, treating customers fairly and helping to deliver good outcomes for retail clients.
