How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations? We're looking for a confident and pragmatic HR Advisor to join a busy operational team.


    This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with a heavy ER focus — ideal for someone who thrives on variety, builds strong relationships with operational leaders, and isn't afraid to get stuck in.


    🔹 What you'll be doing:

    • Leading on all ER matters — disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, absence and performance

    • Coaching and guiding managers to build their confidence in handling people issues

    • Providing practical, responsive HR advice across a shift-based, high-volume environment

    • Supporting recruitment during peak periods

    • Ensuring compliance, consistency and fairness in all people decisions


    🔹 What we're looking for:

    • Proven HR Advisor experience in a fast-paced or operational setting

    • Strong ER knowledge and the confidence to advise at pace

    • Experience supporting frontline or shift-based teams

    • Good working knowledge of current employment law
