Warehouse Supervisor

50.5 hours per week including Saturdays
Overview
This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse, taking ownership of stock control, replenishment and production output.
The successful individual will work closely with the Ops Manager while also having visibility with the Directors, playing a key role in improving efficiency across the operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and workflow
- Manage stock levels, ensuring products are replenished as items move off the shelf
- Support and monitor production output in line with business demand
- Identify and improve inefficiencies, particularly around space and stock organisation
- Carry out regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate a reach truck and assist with loading, unloading and general warehouse duties
- Work closely with the Ops Manager and wider team to ensure smooth running of the operation
- Maintain health and safety standards across the warehouse
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or senior warehouse role
- Strong understanding of stock control and warehouse processes
- Valid reach truck licence
- Willingness to be hands-on, including manual handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of responsibilities
