Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position covering the Home Counties and London for a Building Surveyor at Fitzgerald Surveying Services. The Building Surveyor will conduct RICS Building & Condition Surveys, carry out property inspections, and prepare detailed reports. Additional responsibilities include performing feasibility studies, managing contracts, assessing dilapidations, and engaging directly with clients to provide expert advice on property-related matters.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Surveying and conducting Condition Surveys
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in digital tools and reporting software
- Membership or working towards membership with RICS is preferred
- A valid UK driving license with access to a vehicle is desirable
