About the Role
This Junior Product Owner role sits at the heart of a key ERP product, working closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders. The Ideal Candidate
Required Experience
- Foundational understanding of product development and agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban or similar).
- Experience supporting UAT or testing activities in a commercial or technical setting.
- Exposure to working with developers (including offshore teams) and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to ask questions and clarify requirements.
- Good time management and ability to adapt when priorities shift.
- Need to have 2 years experience in supply chain environments.
- Experience with ERP or business systems, or a clear interest in developing expertise in this area.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in a Junior Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar delivery‑focused role.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools/environments and modern software delivery practices.
- Previous participation in agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Education
- Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with the product team day‑to‑day, helping to manage and refine the product backlog.
- Work closely with development teams (including offshore) to clarify user stories and support smooth delivery.
- Support and coordinate UAT activities, including planning tests, executing them, and capturing feedback.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable backlog items.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies, maintain proactive communication across the team, and stay flexible as priorities evolve.
