Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA processes, inspections, and testing for electro-mechanical equipment.
- Oversee servicing, maintenance, and calibration of devices to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Identify, report, and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventative actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to improve technical procedures and device reliability.
- Maintain clear documentation of QA protocols, test results, and equipment performance.
- Communicate QA updates and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
What You Will Need
- Proven QA or technical experience in biomedical, automotive, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and testing processes.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and mitigate risks.
- Leadership or project ownership experience, with the ability to coordinate across teams.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
