Role Overview - Early Years Teacher
As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a rich and engaging EYFS curriculum that supports children's development across all areas of learning. The Early Years Teacher will create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment where children feel confident to explore and grow.
Responsibilities of the Early Years Teacher
Plan and deliver engaging lessons as an Early Years Teacher following the EYFS framework
Support children's development across communication, physical, and social skills
Create a nurturing and inclusive environment as an Early Years Teacher
Monitor and assess progress in line with EYFS expectations
Work closely with support staff and parents
Requirements for the Early Years Teacher
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working as an Early Years Teacher or within EYFS
Strong understanding of early childhood development
A caring and patient approach to teaching
Passion for supporting young learners as an Early Years Teacher
